The CT DMV screwed up my name change and the Stamford Registrar of Voters not only processed a change for me last minute but called my voter location and made sure the issue was known so I could vote. A+ for this office!
So if U wanna be a poll worker, go to NYC, they pay better and train better too.
They also try to discourage U from voting, saying that if you don't have a valid address that U can B arrested, funny thing because as it turns out, homeless people can vote without a valid address.
The pay here for a poll workers is abysmal and that flea bag Judy never calls you back especially when U are having a baby which is ILLEGAL Judy, not that anybody cares in soulless Connecticut.
Don't bother with this office, they are losers, vote by mail.
