I just purchased a beautiful Montblanc pen from this establishment. They are an authorized dealer and are truly a pleasure to work with. I dealt with Armand via telephone to buy a pen they had in stock. They were willing to ship FedEx for free. When the pen arrived it was exactly as I expected. Included in the box was a gift bag, and my receipt was placed in an attractive envelope. Had this been a gift for someone it would have been ready to give out of the box.
